DeStress and Relax

Ref: C3674873

Mindfulness meditation is a practice which allows us to be fully aware in the present moment. As our lives become increasingly busy: Mindfulness gives us an opportunity to slow down and notice our senses, feelings and emotions without becoming overwhelmed by them. A regular practice of mindfulness allows us to be more connected to the world around us in many different ways. This course will give participants a firm foundation in using mindful practice in their daily lives. This practice will be supported by the course through regular feedback and discussion. Participants will be encouraged to find their own unique ways of developing a mindful practice in their lives.
