Latin for Beginners

Ref: C3673618

This course is for those students who have completed Books I and II of the Cambridge Latin Course or who have some knowledge of Latin from previous study and wish to revise or develop that knowledge. Continuing to work through the Cambridge Latin Course, Book III introduces more complex grammar and a wider range of vocabulary to build upon that introduced in Books I and II. There will be translations from Latin to English and a range of grammatical exercises to complete from Book III as well as additional material to extend language knowledge and provide further information about the Roman world. Book III of the Cambridge Latin Course has stories set in Egypt as well as in Roman Britain, offering further opportunities to explore the Roman historical, literary and cultural heritage.
