Yoga for All

Ref: C3673251

Yoga improves your strength and flexibility. Movements are coordinated with the breath, helping to calm the mind. All classes focus on breathing practices, simple stretches, a balanced range of postures and deep relaxation. Yoga can help you to ease stress and tension, to feel both relaxed and rejuvenated. We will focus on engaging the inner thighs in our asana practice, creating stability in postures. We will also focus on Dharana (concentration) and Dhyana (meditation), understanding the differenece and relationship between these limbs of Yoga and finding stillness.
