The style of yoga taught on the course falls under the broad banner of Hatha yoga and will be taught by a tutor who has over 15 years of teaching experience. The course is suitable for students who have already had some experience of yoga and who wish to further their practice. They will be guided towards making progress at their own pace and according to their own ability. The course will include a variety of different techniques, asanas (postures) and breath work. Particular attention will be given to the spine and the way that the limbs connect to and support the spine to release tension and encourage greater freedom.
