You will find out about how colours can be combined; about complementary and contrasting colours and how you can use this knowledge to generate your own colour schemes. Each week the tutor will demonstrate and teach a particular topic which will help learners become more confident working by themselves from commercial patterns, and encourage more advanced learners to tackle something new. Topics covered will include: stripes and blocks of coulor, using stranded colour work such as in Fair Isle knitting, and how to understand and follow colour patterns and diagrams.
