Ref: C3530144

This is a taster course for people who want to know more about poetry and learn to appreciate it more. We will examine four questions about poetry - what is it, what should it look like, why do we need to read all that stuff into it and how do I learn more about it. There will be a variety of suggestions for learning how to understand poetry which we will try out in class by reading of selection of poems together and sharing our thoughts. The taster offers the chance for a relaxed examination of some fantastic poems in a supportive group. What's not to like?
