Dance Fit

Seated or standing, let's experience the 'feel good' factor that dancing and exercising can bring. Getting regular exercise has many health benefits, improving both our mental and physical fitness levels, leaving us feeling energised, motivated and ready to face the day. In this 'Dance Workshop' we will be exploring many different dance genres and dance styles; Salsa, the Waltz, Modern Jazz, Tap and Classical Ballet to name but a few! This session will help boost your confidence and improve your feelings of well-being. Dancing is a fabulous stress buster and a great distraction from our often busy lives; so let us relax, and at our own comfortable safe pace learn a few new 'moves' together!
