Ready, Steady, Brunch!

Ref: C3126677

A friendly, fun course with a focus on healthy and economical recipes. Suitable for complete beginners! Based loosely on the Ready Steady Cooking TV Show where the chef doesn't know what ingredients he has to cook with until he arrives. With the help of the students, Kevin will come up with ideas to cook great meals with the ingredients available. Students will be encouraged to be creative with the ingredients in their fridges and cupboards at home, to avoid waste and create nutritious and inexpensive meals whilst learning how to shop on a budget.
