Stress Management

Ref: C3126582

Stress Management looks at what causes us stress, how we can pinpoint the underlying causes and then work towards reducing stress. We reflect on our daily lives and look at what we can do to reduce daily stress. We consider methods such as planning our time and meditation as well as looking at situations we cannot prepare for that can lead to stress and what we can do to reduce stress in those selected moments.
