Active Voices Newcastle Carers Course

Ref: C2525088

Active Voices courses start by encouraging students to get to know themselves and each other. Next, students help to shape the curriculum for the course with the tutor so they find out more about their personalities, their talents, interests and the things that really bug them. Over a few weeks students usually come up with a plan or an idea for change and then they start to do it. Along the way students improve their confidence and assertiveness including techniques for speaking in public, for planning an activity and making it happen that will bring about a change for the better and, have a lot of fun.
