Bridges to Learning Assertiveness and Confidence Building

Ref: C2524975

This is a participative workshop that uses a mixture of formal teaching, group and individual exercises as well as a TED talk and some body/voice informal exercises. Students are encouraged to think about their inner critical voice and how to develop inner confidence as well as consider their outward behaviour and responses to difficult situations and the behaviour of other people.
