Mosaic-Making for Mindfulness: Health & Wellbeing Arts

Ref: C2420633

This mosaic course is a highly enjoyable way to be creative for those with no previous art experience or skills, especially for people who are stimulated by playing with shapes and colour. You will also learn the basic principles and traditional techniques of mosaic making, completing a design from start to finish to take home. All materials are included, although you are welome to bring your own unwanted tiles or crockery. We will also look at popular Roman mosaic motifs and explore why mosaic medium has been an enduring and ongoing tradition as a contemporary art form.
