Ref: C2420455

This course puts together a number of themes. It begins with looking at how to build confidence, what in fact confidence is. The course then considers emotional health and how to build and maintain it both for students on the course and for their children. Finally the course will consider careers and employment, or further study, for participants. The course provides an opportunity students to step forward both in family life and career.
