USA 1955 - Present

Ref: C2419946

This course examines American history from 1955 to the present. It will focus on events of the Cold War, as well as domestic policy. As the course goes up to the present there will be a large element of politics in the latter part, although I will endeavour to place this in a historical context. Since the course goes up to the present, students will be encouraged to explore their own individual interests and to tell the tutor so he can prepare material in advance.
