On this fun and friendly introduction to ballroom and latin dancing, you will have the chance to learn several ballroom and latin dances including the waltz and the cha cha cha. While being an enjoyable and social activity, dancing is very beneficial as an exercise for both your body and your mind and a great way to start getting fit. These partner dances will enable you to work together with your classmates to move to the music and improve your coordination.
