Values for Life

Ref: C2225340

How key thinkers from ancient to modern times have addressed problems that face us all: how to be a good person, how we should be governed, how we can decide which values should be of greatest importance to us. The course will clarify some of these important issues, and enable all students to inspect their own values and assumptions. No prior knowledge of philosophy is required - only a willingness to examine, perhaps to question, perhaps to justify, our own deepest values.
