I am a qualified (PGCE) teacher of Italian. I have taught the language in secondary schools and Further Education up to A Level. I have lived in Italy four times. The Course aims to take the learner to a level of spoken Italian whereby he/she can successfully operate as a tourist in Italy in most everyday situations. Italians take to their hearts any foreigner who makes an attempt to communicate in their language. The course also includes advice on writing (e.g. e-mails) and reading ( public information) in Italian. Previous course have been very positive and the sessions have proved to be great social occasions, too.
