The course is open to all who have a wish to learn. Though there will be returning learners and we welcome new learners with no prior knowledge. Students must be responsible at all times when sewing tools are used. Learners will be taught how to thread and use a sewing machine plus attachment feet that are used for various sewing processes. New learners first project will be an apron. Existing learners can progress according to ability level to a garment of their choice. Each session will begin with group learning followed by practical work. Basic materials will be provided but you will be expected to bring your own fabric for garment making.
