Ref: C3671838

This course is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge they need to support their children's learning and potentially to seek volunteering opportunities in a childcare/school setting. It will include an overview of how children learn, the school curriculum and government policy. There will be practical sessions which will enable students to experience learning in relation to key curriculum areas such as maths, English and science.
