Planning a Novel

Ref: C3671352

We will consider the elements a good novel needs and use these as a basis for planning our own novels. Each week we will focus on a particular aspect of novel writing such as beginnings, endings, characterisation, dialogue, point of view and storytelling techniques. We will undertake fun writing activities that will help us generate and develop our ideas as well as hone our skills. We will also look at planning and the all important self-editing process. Finally we will consider ways of weaving all the threads together so that a massive undertaking becomes a more manageable task.
