Make the most of your camera

Ref: C3671019

This course will look at various forms of photography such as portraiture, architectural, conceptual/art, street photography and landscape, all the while establishing how colour, framing and composition effect them. For those already with a DSLR camera (although it's not necessary to have one) the technical elements such as aperture, shutter speed and ISO will be covered, however, this course will focus mainly on the camera as a method of creative expression. Throughout, you will be guided and supported by Amy whilst building a portfolio on a theme/s of your choice, receiving feedback as well as the chance to share your work with the group. The course will be run by Amy Charles, a photographer and filmmaker from Wakefield. Amy began her photography journey as a Photographer for P&O Cruises and now freelances as Amy Charles Media, producing promotional work for the arts.
