There are many different styles of yoga, the yoga taught on this course falls under the broad banner of Hatha Yoga, which is a gentle and meditative form of yoga that is suitable for all. The course will cover basic principles of yoga through practice of posture work, breath work and relaxation. Yoga can help with physical strength and stamina, flexibility and mobility, as well as helping to reduce stress and discomfort and aiding feelings of relaxation.
