Ref: C3529294

This short workshop will focus on what we can do to live more healthy lives, with a focus on diet and exercise. The group will think about and discuss what makes a healthy, balanced diet and will complete several activities focused on portion control, what constitutes a healthy plate and what food labels can tell us. Students will also think about how performing some simple stretches and movements can contribute to a more positive physical well-being.
