Building Personal Resilience for Wellbeing

Ref: C3529040

Life is full of challenges and sometimes we struggle to keep up with our day to day activities. Occasionally we all need a little guidance to shift our thinking and help us feel empowered to have the momentum to move forward. There are many ways we can learn to cope with the demands and expectations we all have to meet, but sometimes coping can be difficult. Having personal resilience can help you to overcome the challenges we face. This course will introduce you to a variety of techniques, which can help you to develop your own methods to achieve this, whilst being aware of your mental and physical needs.
