Literature for Life - David Copperfield and Aurora Leigh

Ref: C3528538

This course offers a fresh look at two of the finest books written in the 19th century. Both 'David Copperfield' and 'Aurora Leigh' are fictional autobiographies; one is a novel, the other an extended poem. In telling the stories of these two individuals, the authors cast light on our own deepest struggles and worries. We will be looking at these books not as pieces of history, but as works of art which still have the power to move us today.
