Tai Chi: Seated

Ref: C3528430

Tai Chi and Health Qigong are routines of gentle exercise that can enhance general health and wellbeing by coordinating body movement and mental stimulation. All routines are performed while seated and combine stretching, strength and relaxation without putting undue strain on joints and muscles. Regular practice can improve flexibility, posture and fitness as well as improving balance and circulation. Tai Chi is an increasingly recommended activity for a number of medical conditions and Health Qigong is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, designed to promote energy along the meridians of the body in addition to strengthening and toning muscles.
