Gentle Yoga for Everyone

Ref: C3125994

Yoga is so much more than a set of postures for wellbeing. You will also learn yogic breath exercises that support everyday living and mental clarity; more about your body/mind through practical, meditation and discussion, as well as foods for mood - you aren't just what you eat, you are what you can digest! Yoga can also help with managing stress, improve physical and mental health and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
