Ref: C3125980

This health and well being course will provide learners with knowledge about how Tai Chi can help your mental and physical health. In a regular week we will do about 30 minutes of looking into health and well being and cultural topics related to Tai Chi and exercise. Then we will do 50 minutes of Tai Chi including; Tai Chi warm up moves, learning a new move from the Tai Chi for Beginners set, or practising and perfecting a move recently learnt, as well as practising all we have previously learnt. We will finish with cool down moves and 5-10 minutes of Qigong relaxation exercises. I will tailor the course to suit the needs to the learners as much as possible.
