Ref: C3125909

This health and well being course will provide learners with knowledge about how Tai Chi can help your general health, body strength, flexibility and stress levels. In a regular week we will do about 30 minutes of looking into health and wellbeing topics related to Tai Chi and exercise. Then we will do 50 minutes of Tai Chi including; Tai Chi warm up moves, learning a new move from the Tai Chi for Beginners set and practicing what we have previously learnt, finishing with a cool down. We will then do 5-10 minutes of Qigong relaxation exercises. I will tailor the course to suit the needs of the group as much as possible.
