Penkhull Village Tai Chi for health and wellbeing taster

Ref: C3125545

This health and well-being course will provide learners with knowledge about how Tai Chi can help your general health and Arthritis. In a regular week we will do about 30 minutes of looking into the health and well-being aspects of Tai Chi and exercise. Then we will do 50 minutes of quite gentle physical activity, including Tai Chi warms ups, cool downs and the learning and practicing of the movements for 'Tai Chi for Arthritis', which is this courses Tai Chi sequence. We will finish each week with Qigong relaxation exercises for around 5-10 minutes. I will tailor the course to suit the needs of the group as much as possible.
