WHIST Taster - Tai Chi

Ref: C2523385

I will give a brief explanation of tai chi qi gong before I lead a gentle warm up. We will practice some of the easier tai chi movements so that everyone can participate. I will give women the opportunity to ask me question individually after the session so that we can assess the suitability of the course together.
