More Plays in Performance

Ref: C2419208

Three current plays in production are selected every term. They usually include a modern play, A Shakespeare and a classical revival. Discussions take place on the production, the direction, the acting, the design, and where appropriate the historical and social aspects of the play. Wherever possible, access will be given to discount tickets via online apps, special offers and senior concessions. The tutor is a professional playwright so structure and dialogue will be discussed. The first play to be selected is George Bernard Shaw`s Miscailliance at The Orange Tree
