Leonard Bernstein: America's musical multi-tasker

Ref: C2339086

Composer, pianist, conductor, broadcaster, educator, equally at home in Carnegie Hall and on Broadway, Bernstein was a musical all-rounder like no other: composer of serious orchestral and vocal works and one of the most popular musicals ever written; a magnetic, though sometimes controversial conductor, a brilliant communicator devoted to education.
