Meditation and Mindfulness

Ref: C2338977

This course will introduce you to mindfulness meditation. You will have chance to experience many different mindful and other styles of meditation practice. I will hold a non judgmental and supportive space and guide you to find a style of practice that you may like to incorporate into life. You will be invited to practice at home and I will point to resources that you can use outside of class to deepen this work. Using journaling and personal reflection practices you will create a deeper understanding of your practice.
