Yoga and relaxation - 2

Ref: C2338904

This course will work on a range of yoga movements with the breath. We will practice a 7-Way Stretch and Salute to the Sun each week. The role of the breath is key in yoga, this will be practiced throughout plus specific breathing exercises, meditation and a guided relaxation at the end of each session. The tutor adapts to the needs of the individual and everyone works at their own level. We will be practicing Yoga in the Park this summer to tie in with the International Day of Yoga so will also be preparing for this in our work.
