Ref: C2338142

Everyday situations can be challenging if you lack confidence and self-esteem. Join us to explore how to develop a more positive sense of self. We will consider how you can be more 'in control' which in turn will help you to overcome the barriers that prevent you from relating to and engaging in the world around you.
