Ref: C2338017

What do we mean by the word "mind"? In what ways is the human mind (conscious and unconscious) unique and how does it influence our behaviour? What does the rapidly developing discipline of cognitive neuroscience tell us and what are its limitations in explaining the complexity of human behaviour and experience? The course will attempt to answer these questions and to explore ways of using our minds as effectively as possible.
