Students will be producing a dramatised documentary film based on a play that they have already filmed in it's rehearsal stages. This film will use suitable locations for the actors to recreate their stage rolls in a 'real life' setting. Students will be 'scouting' these locations for their suitability and 'dressing' the sets as required. The script will be based on the play but may require adaptation for the film version. Some of the students will be using their previous experience of film production and they will be able to assist any new students to the subject. The course should increase students self confidence and awareness, as well as continuing their ability to work as a team, which is very necessary when shooting a film.
