Spending time reflecting on your health and wellbeing is a very valuable process. This course gives you space to think about your own needs and how to develop activities that could be used to enhance your daily life. The focus during the sessions will be to help you relax your body and your mind. You will also explore practical ways to re-connect with yourself and develop positive life goals.
