You will learn about techniques, counselling skills theories and diversity and ethics in the use of counselling skills.
Course aim
This course is for anyone who wants to develop counselling skills and progress towards further counselling qualifications.

By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Demonstrate my use of counselling techniques
- Recognise key counselling skills theories
- Highlight the importance of diversity and ethics in the use of counselling skills
- Appreciate how counselling skills supports personal development
