Welcome to our group. Get ready to dance around and have fun. The lesson will include a warm up, stretches and a good all over work out based on dance moves to pop music. The instructor will explain each move and dance through the workout with you. Expect lots of fun and dance along at your own pace. High and low impact options will be available.
Course aim
Get up, get moving, get smiling! A fun and friendly dance based workout with high and low impact options. This course is for all abilities and Adults with Disabilities are very welcome.
Do I need any particular skills or experience?
- This course is for beginners and improvers
By the end of the course I should be able to:

What else do I need to know?
- Please wear loose comfortable clothing and sensible footwear or bare feet. - You dont need a large space to dance in, just enough room to stretch your arms out - Don't forget a drink of water - Please complete the pre-exercise questionnaire and advise the tutor of any injuries or ailments.
