Step into Care

Ref: C3747529

Understanding the key features of good and outstanding services is important to anyone who is considering a job role within the Care sector. This ensures that staff understand the vision and values of the organisation and are equipped with the right knowledge and tools to enable them to deliver high quality care. This course will introduce each of the 15 minimum Care standards that will be covered in your induction programme if you are 'new to care'. Get ahead in your applications, interviews and new role by understanding what is expected when employed within adult social care.
