By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Set a personal SMART objective for a change you wish to make
- Try one technique to improve sleep and relaxation
- Identify one area of negative thought or behaviour
- Identify one area of self-care to start or return to
What else do I need to know?
You will need: - an internet connection, speakers, microphone and webcam so that you can join the Zoom session - an email address to join Canvas and access handouts - a personal journal (or app) to record your progress
