Course aim
Spring walks to enjoy nature, share information and learn about flora and fauna. Gentle exercise outside with stops for mindfulness and rest.

- Learn to identify various flora and fauna
- Discover methods to relax and practice mindfulness
- Increase physical health and stamina
What else do I need to know?
Appropriate and suitable clothing and footwear for any weather is advised.
