If you are feeling a bit lost and emotionally sensitive as a result of the lockdown period, this course can help you to realign yourself with a positive mindset and improve your confidence. This course is aimed at people who are looking for emotional support to enhance their wellbeing and boost their confidence during challenging times in a safe environment. The participants will be encouraged to share their daily experiences during the lockdown. They will explore what it is like to live in these uncertain times and how their current challenges are affecting them. They will be guided to support each other and to come up with alternative ways to cope with their circumstances through games and fun activities.
Course aim
This course is aiming to provide a safe place to improve self-confidence during and after the lockdown period. We will be focusing on emotional and mental recovery and support each other to improve well-being.
Do I need any particular skills or experience?

- You do not need any skills or experience to join this course.
By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Explore the challenges of living in lockdown during the pandemic
- Practice 3 self-care techniques which will help improve emotional well-being
- Create a recovery plan which includes 3 achievable goals for the near future
- Develop 1 skill to help someone else in your community
What else do I need to know?
- It would be helpful if the participants have a little notepad and a pen. - This is an online course. You will need access to the internet.
