The tutor will show how photography can be used to help support well-being. By discussing images, exploring simple techniques and sharing our photography, we will explore the connections between photography and nature. This course is not about photographic instruction, but instead looks at ways in which we can build self esteem and confidence in ourselves and local environment.

By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Explai the connection between photography, nature and well-being
- Make a final image to share with the group
- Demonstrate improved IT confidence and skills
- Build confidence and self esteem though sharing images
What else do I need to know?
A diary, journal or notebook to take notes and chart your progress. A tablet, smartphone or camera. Make sure that it is fully charged as this is an interactive course where you will be expected to take photos during the sessions. Access to zoom and a stable internet connection.
