Course aim

To raise awareness of Mental Health and how to spot the signs before in crisis

  • Explain what mental health is
  • Recognise that what good and poor mental health looks and feels like
  • Understand coping strategies
  • Understand how to get help and where from
  • Make an action plan to help keep a positive mind set

You will log into the sessions using Canvas and clicking on the Join Live Meeting Button on the Live Meeting information Page All materials will be provided and uploaded to Canvas The classes will be taught on Zoom, help and assistance for technical issues will be given in the session if needed
