Mindfulness: Building Confidence

Ref: C3679707

We will explore the basics of mindfulness practice and consider how mindfulness practice might be relevant to each of our lives. We will find out about different techniques and teachers and we will connect with others through shared experience and support. We won't take each other too seriously and there will be laughter! For 5 weeks together we will have the opportunity to press the pause button on our lives and consider our own needs. The course will be practical and there will be relaxation, discussion and teaching. We will briefly touch on some of the latest, exciting developments in neuro-science that explain why mindfulness practice works and consider how we can embed mindfulness within our own lives. As a holistic life coach and teacher Jude’s mission in life is to share her experience of a wide range of holistic tools and techniques that have had such an impact on her life over the last few years.
