This course is part of the WEA’s Ukrainian Refugees Programme. In this course we will get acquainted with Jewish celebrations, and the stories and traditions associated with them. We will then look at the dishes traditionally associated with these celebrations. Finally we will find out how to make some traditional Jewish celebration dishes.

Course aim

Provide a brief introduction to Jewish celebrations, their traditions and the food associated with the celebrations.
