This course is suitable for those who have completed the original 'Beginners Guide to Mindful Meditation and would like to explore further, as well as newcomers wishing to discover what Mindful Meditation entails. (It would still be possible and beneficial to attend the original Beginners Guide after completing this course if you would like to.) We will explore a different theme each week, with meditations relating to that theme. The course also includes questions/exercises to contemplate which will help further your understanding, and these may be in pairs or smaller groups.
