Beginners Guide to Mindful Meditation - Follow On

Ref: C3533505

This course is suitable for those who have completed the original 'Beginners Guide to Mindful Meditation and would like to explore further, as well as newcomers wishing to discover what Mindful Meditation entails. (It would still be possible and beneficial to attend the original Beginners Guide after completing this course if you would like to.) We will explore a different theme each week, with meditations relating to that theme. The course also includes questions/exercises to contemplate which will help further your understanding, and these may be in pairs or smaller groups.

Course aim

This course is suitable both for those who have completed the original 'Beginners Guide to Mindful Meditation', and would like to explore further, as well as newcomers wishing to discover what Mindful Meditation entails.

Do I need any particular skills or experience?

  • This course is for beginners and improvers

By the end of the course I should be able to:

  • Explore various aspects of mindful meditation practice

  • Begin to recognise the possibility of when I can use mindful meditation in my life to support my well-being.

How will I be taught?

What kind of feedback can I expect?
